Products & Pricing

Product Descriptions

We endeavour to represent all products as accurately as possible through photography, descriptions, and material information. However, due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of our garments, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may exist between individual pieces. Such variations are inherent to artisanal production and are not considered defects.

Product images are taken to reflect accurate colour rendition; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will render colours identically to the physical product.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the Greek statutory rate, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. As our collections are produced in small batches, items may sell out without prior notice. We will notify you promptly if an ordered item becomes unavailable after your order is placed and will provide a full refund.

Orders & Payment

Order Placement

By submitting an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation email from us. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Should we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
