How to take your measurements

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and parallel to the ground.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20–23 cm below your natural waist.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam down the inner leg to the ankle. Best done with the help of a second person.
