Frequently Asked
Questions

Everything you need to know about orders, shipping, and our garments.

Orders & Returns

As a small independent label producing clothing in limited quantities, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. Each piece is made in small batches and we cannot resell returned items.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please consult our size guide carefully before ordering, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about fit before placing your order.

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee this once the order has been fulfilled.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order via your account page.

Shipping

We ship worldwide using Greece’s national postal service, ELTA. Every order includes tracking regardless of destination.

Shipping within Greece is free on all orders over €100. International shipping is a flat rate of €10 to all destinations worldwide.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Greece: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • USA & Canada: 10–21 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 3–5 weeks
  • Rest of World: 14–28 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on local customs processing.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Sizing & Fit

Each garment has its own detailed size guide with measurements. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart rather than relying solely on your usual clothing size, as our silhouettes draw from traditional patterns and may differ from contemporary sizing conventions.

View our full size guide here.

Our garments are cut from traditional patterns and tend to have a relaxed, considered silhouette. Fit varies by piece and collection. Each product page includes specific fit notes alongside measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up.

Absolutely. We are happy to advise on fit for any specific garment. Please contact us with your measurements and we will help you find the right size.

Sustainability

All of our garments are produced entirely in Thessaloniki, Greece. Our fabrics are sourced, cut, and sewn locally by skilled artisans — supporting Greek craftsmanship and ensuring full oversight of our production process.

We use organic cotton and natural fibres throughout our collections. We do not use synthetic materials. Fabric composition is listed on each product page and on the garment’s care label.

We produce in small batches to avoid overproduction. Excess fabric from the cutting room is saved and repurposed to create zero-waste bags and accessories — nothing goes to landfill if we can help it.

Our core philosophy is diachronic design — making clothing that transcends microtrends and remains a meaningful part of your wardrobe for years. We believe the most sustainable garment is one you love and wear for a long time. We are the antithesis of fast fashion: quality over quantity, always.

Garment Care

Care instructions vary by garment and are printed on each item’s care label. As a general rule, we recommend hand washing or a gentle machine cycle in cold water, and air drying away from direct sunlight to preserve both the fabric and any embroidery details.

For full care guidance, see our care instructions page.

Most of our garments can be lightly steamed on a low heat setting. Always check the care label first. For embroidered pieces, we recommend steaming inside out and never placing an iron directly on embroidered areas.

Store folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural fibres breathe best when not tightly packed. For embroidered or delicate pieces, wrap loosely in acid-free tissue paper. Avoid plastic bags for long-term storage as they trap moisture.
